New York is a city of endless layers, neighborhoods within neighborhoods, communities within communities, and stories unfolding on every block. Exploring those layers, understanding what makes each corner of the city unique, and helping people find where they fit within it is what drew me to real estate.

Since 2019, I’ve helped clients navigate the twists and turns of the New York City real estate market with honesty, transparency, and a steady hand. Behind every purchase, sale, move, or investment is a person making an important life decision, and I don’t take the responsibility of guiding them through that process lightly. When a client says, “Phil, let’s do this,” whether it’s a first home, a growing family’s next chapter, or the sale of a longtime property, I’m fully invested in helping them reach the finish line with confidence.

When I’m not negotiating on behalf of my clients, you’ll likely find me on the sand volleyball courts at Brooklyn Bridge Park, playing in a local softball league, or exploring another corner of the city. I’ve called Cobble Hill home for the past two years after spending nearly a decade on the Upper East Side, and one thing New York has taught me is that there is always something new to discover. I’m not an adrenaline junkie, but I am endlessly curious. I love meeting people whose experiences differ from my own, uncovering hidden pockets of energy tucked between familiar streets, and discovering the restaurants, businesses, and gathering places that give a block its personality. New York has taught me that every building, every block, and every neighborhood has a story and there is always something new to discover.
