In his role, he advises owners, buyers, investors, and tenants in planning and navigating multifaceted purchases, sales and leasing transactions in retail spaces and mixed-use properties to medical offices, warehouses, and distressed assets. As a licensed mortgage loan originator, he also offers unparalleled guidance in financing dynamics and risk mitigation.

Before his foray into real estate, Will occupied pivotal roles in tech sales and enterprise business development. Within these roles, he played a key part in Enterprise Infrastructure and Web3 & AI initiatives, significantly contributing to the realization of high-value licensing agreements.
