Miguel Ortiz Simoza

Miguel Ortiz-Simoza Christie’s International Real Estate. Miguel spent 20 years working in the financial industry for 20 years before jumping head-on into the exciting NYC real estate market. Having sold investment opportunities for clients his entire career, it was extremely easy and natural for him to make the transition. “Interacting with people, helping them resolve their needs, and finding the right solutions are second nature to me. I partner with my clients from start to finish, making them feel comfortable, handling every detail of the transaction, and keeping their goals and best interest in mind to ensure the optimal outcome and service experience.” Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Miguel received a Bachelor degree in Economics from Universidad Santa Maria and a Master’s in Business from Universidad Metropolitana, both in Caracas. He has lived in New York City for many years, eight of which were in the Financial District, and more recently in North Williamsburg which he loves. “New York has so many amazing neighborhoods; there is always one right for you!” Miguel specializes in rentals, purchases and sales throughout the city. He is bilingual in Spanish and English, and is an avid runner in his free time. His other passions include trying new restaurants around town, and hanging out with his wonderful Chocolate Lab
