Maurice Duarte

Originally from Manhattan – and now a Rockland County Resident – Maurice gained invaluable experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate over the last eight years. His unique experience, integrity, passion to help others, and professionalism continues to drive his work from start to finish. With a desire to learn as much as he could, Maurice started his career as a Licensed Insurance Broker for Aon Risk Services at the World Trade Center in the 1990’s. Looking for a new challenge, Maurice served as a New York City Firefighter for several years. Survivor of September 11, 2001, Maurice’s time in the Fire Department established his dedicated work ethic, organizational skills, and goal-oriented attitude, all of which he continues to implement today with his clients. He is also fluent in Spanish and English! His broad and reliable network includes some of the top real estate lawyers and mortgage brokers in the city and beyond. Maurice specializes in real estate throughout the city, with a concentration on the Upper West Side, and is expanding his range to the suburbs after moving to Rockland with his family. About two years ago, Maurice, and 2 kids - bought a condo with the intention of fixing it up as their family home. With his characteristic enthusiasm and hands-on approach, Maurice and his family were able to fix up and sell the condo so they could move to their current home in the beautiful suburbs of Rockland County.
