Adam Pace

Adam delivers a personal approach to assisting clients buy, sell, and rent homes across Manhattan. With a focus on his client’s best interests, Adam dedicates himself to guiding them through the real estate process in NYC, which is different than anywhere else. Beyond supporting the financial and emotional aspects, Adam ensures results are achieved, especially when unforeseen roadblocks arise. Adam immediately inspires a trusting and transparent experience. After getting his MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business followed by a career in financial services, Adam has a keen understanding of the negotiation process and is able to address unexpected complexities encountered when working on a deal. A native New Yorker, Adam comes from a family with deep roots in New York City and real estate in Manhattan. He has lived in New York his entire life, including the Upper West Side, Midtown, Queens, and Westchester. Adam provides great insight into the workings of co-ops and condos as he also works with Rudd Realty, a property manager of buildings across Manhattan. Adam is a member of REBNY, has served on his own condo board, and often works in combination with his wife, Elyse Pace, who is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Westchester, NY.
