Before settling in NYC and starting his career in real estate, Dillon majored in 3 diverse subjects at the University of Miami, spent time absorbing language and culture in over 20 countries, and taught himself to play 8 musical instruments. His drive for information and experience spilled into real estate during his time at university and has resulted in not only functional knowledge, but a valuable network of colleagues who contribute to the success of each deal. Beyond managing the general transaction, Dillon has developed expertise in difficult board applications, Department of Buildings alteration permits, and relationships with building management that help him advise his clients with detail and forethought of the complete process.
