Frederick Di Maio

As a native New Yorker, Fred Di Maio has been a part of New York city’s real estate industry since 1983. He has sold a wide variety of property including condos, co-ops, Manhattan townhouses and private houses in the outer boroughs. Fred is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Through many years of experience in business he has developed fine interpersonal and negotiating skills.

Having Lived in Greenwich Village, the Upper West Side and the Upper East Side, Fred knows the City like the true New Yorker that he is. He is a graduate of Trinity School, and holds degrees from Gettysburg College and New York University.

Fred and his family reside on East End Avenue and especially enjoy Carl Schurz Park and the neighborhood’s strong sense of community.
