Victoria Smith

Victoria moved from Nashville to NYC 17 years ago to expand her career in advertising where she worked as an SVP before launching her own firm. Here in NYC, she helped create and manage campaigns for some of the nation’s most iconic brands including ABC Disney, Sony Pictures, and Warner Brothers. While introducing consumers to life-changing products, she discovered the opportunity to leverage her process-driven approach to help people find their homes. No stranger to the struggle of finding an ideal home in the five boroughs, Victoria is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex NYC market. “I believe that moving should be an exciting time; yet in NYC it can be one of the most stressful experiences. I love understanding clients’ needs and then doing the heavy lifting for them to relieve them of stress. My process allows clients to fully embrace their new adventures and feel the magic that can happen during new beginnings.” Victoria has also worked on several new development projects during their initial lease-up and sales phases. She currently holds a co-exclusive sales agreement at Star Tower in Long Island City. Aside from work, Victoria enjoys exploring New York City with her two dogs, SusieQ and Butch. As the owner of a large-breed Lab/Pyrenees mix she knows first-hand how to help people find pet-friendly buildings!
