New York City has always felt more like home to Nate, who grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. After achieving top seller status in the world of retail, catering to customer needs in hospitality, and honing his eye for detail in independent film production, he transitioned to real estate brokerage capitalizing on his seasoned skill set. Holding a BA in Film Production from Webster University and Brand Management Certificate from University of London, Nate went on to complete a Negotiation, Mediation, and Conflict Resolution Specialization at ESSEC Business School, which set the stage for his negotiating strategizing and expertise. He is very focused on creating win-win scenarios for his real estate clients, through providing the highest degree of personal service and delivering the best possible value.
