Imanol Routdhome

Imanol ‘nol’ Routdhome is an American Real Estate Agent, licensed in New York City. He has worked in luxury sales for over a decade—most recently at Barneys New York where he held the helm of the Goyard business. There, his passion for consumer journeys allowed him to reach the number two spot in total sales, generating over $2 million. Driven by arming people with the essentials to unleash their full potential, nol believes that our homes should be livable. They are where we go to relax, refuel, restore, and reflect, and thus play an integral role in our wellness. This is why he has decided to focus on wellness real estate and is currently seeking a WELL AP certification. Originally from the Bay Area in California, nol moved to New York City in 2015, after living in Portland, Oregon for six years, where he studied advertising and urban planning at Portland State. He has fallen in love with Williamsburg and hasn’t left since. Nol has been fortunate to travel extensively and lived abroad twice in Paris, France.
