She now holds 7+ years experience in urban research, marketing, communications, and sales, and aims to bring concrete solutions to the complex situations that arise whether it comes to renting, buying or selling.

Before becoming an agent she graduated with an Ivy League Degree from Barnard College of Columbia University in Urban Studies. She knows her people, her numbers, and this city. After graduating she consulted as a Marketing Strategist for Carnegie Hall; successfully funded merchants across the country of 489,000 in 4 months via high volume telemarketing account sales; and developed websites optimizing exposure to her qualitative and quantitative case studies of the New York City urban landscape, and launched a youtube platform, with over 500,000 views, of her real estate inventory and educational resources. Primi's keen on staying up to date with city policies and market trends.
