Michael Misiti

Originally from Rockville Centre, Michael has a Bachelor’s degree in History from Fordham University, as well as a Master’s degree in History. A lifelong resident of Queens and Long Island, Michael specializes in the North Shore's Gold Coast. Michael was 2015 Rookie Of The Year, and currently holds three of the five highest priced sales in Queens in the past 10 years. Before Michael's real estate career, he spent over a decade entrenched as a professional tennis coach. Michael spent three U.S. Open Tournaments training world-renowned athletes, followed by being named the Head Coach of Adelphi University. In addition, Michael has taught at various country clubs, including the prestigious Southampton Bath & Tennis Club, working with some of the country's most well-known CEO's. From 2009-2011, Michael owned his own academy in Bayside. Michael has a keen eye for the valuing and pricing of real estate, as well as a fierce ability to negotiate. As both a player and coach on a national scale, along with the success of running multiple businesses, Michael knows what it takes to win, and is leading a new generation of internet marketing. As a founder of the Stanco Misiti Team at Compass, his team utilizes technology on a level rarely seen in Long Island. The Stanco Misiti Team has a strong presence on Social Media and in combination with the production of unique technology and Drone Music Videos, they are known for their industry-wide relationships and specialization in new construction and development.
