As a licensed Real Estate professional Joshua strived to pursue multifaceted options within the industry from the get-go. Growing a vast pool of clients, Joshua seeks investment opportunities throughout New York but also specializes in several other markets, specifically Ohio, Newport News Virginia, and Louisville Kentucky. Joshua is an expert in the Brooklyn market, primarily focused on acquisitions and sales. Hand in hand, Joshua has worked with many of the most active players within each neighborhood, molding his understanding of the varying markets. His primary focus is representing his clients and ensuring their satisfaction both short and long term. In order to prosper, he endeavors all opportunities and brings upside to the people he interacts with on a daily basis, in the business world, but more importantly in daily interactions as well, outside of the office. His hobbies include art, working out, fishing, learning, and tasting all types of different foods. Currently enrolled in New York University, Joshua believes that Manhattan has motivated to become the person he is today. He knows the genuine upside within Manhattan's market even in times of distress and turmoil. He ensures the best options for his clients, as he believes he is only satisfied when they are.
