For over twenty-five years, Rory McAdam has advised clients on financial opportunities in a variety of regulated asset classes. He has had a long history of successfully discovering and re-envisioning high return properties for his personal portfolio, and he brings this lifelong passion to assisting others. Rory holds an exceptional intuitive ability to not only find, but visualize the possibilities of space while locating value. He can share deep insight on best investment opportunities within the real estate asset class based on individual needs, requirements, neighborhoods, budgets and dreams. A transplanted Canadian as an undergraduate played varsity hockey and as graduate student he was an assistant coach. He is a USA Hockey level 5 coach and has coached at various youth levels winning the Connecticut State Championship with Kent in 2015. In addition to his Real Estate Salesperson License, Rory holds securities licenses: 7, 63, 65, 24 licenses, a B.A. in Psychology, SUNY Geneseo and an MBA, American International College.
