Dan McDevitt

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics, Dan moved back to New York, unsure of which career he wanted to pursue. After weighing his options, he took a job as a hedge fund administrator at HedgeServ. The position allowed Dan to develop skills such as client relationship management, workflow analysis, and self-management. Ultimately, Dan’s position at Hedgeserv left him desiring a job with a more hands-on approach. Having previously worked with Byson Real Estate Co, Dan wished to resume his career as an agent. While not directly comparable, the skills Dan developed along with his previous experience in the field, will be key to his success in the real estate industry. Joining Byson has allowed Dan to lean into his interpersonal skills while maintaining a professional relationship with his clients. Along with the rest of the team, Dan strives to deliver an impeccable service that is unmatched in the industry. Dan grew up in Wantagh, New York and currently resides in Sunnyside, Queens. During his free time, Dan enjoys cooking, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
