Cesar's entrepreneurial drive extended beyond architecture. After completing his architectural career, Cesar successfully owned and operated a restaurant for three years, while simultaneously building his real estate career. In 2007, Caesar sold the restaurant to focus solely on real estate, dedicating his full attention to helping clients achieve their property goals.

Since transitioning to real estate in 2005, Cesar has dedicated his career to helping individuals and investors navigate the complexities of the market. Specializing in REO/foreclosure properties, short sales, commercial ventures, and all types of residential listings, Cesar leverages his architectural background to identify opportunities and address concerns with a proactive approach.
