Patrick Norton

Originally from Philadelphia’s Main Line, Patrick began building his real estate career while pursuing his bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies at Philadelphia University. Since his graduation, he has worked throughout NYC in the fields of construction management, real estate development, and luxury real estate sales and rentals. Patrick also supported the CEO of a leading hospitality software company before making his way to Cooper & Cooper. He brings forth an in-depth knowledge of the New York real estate market, as well as a track record of success in the field, to his role as the firm's Assistant Operations Manager. Patrick currently lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and seizes every opportunity to spend quality time with his family and friends, as well as his dog, Roo. In his free time, he can also be found cooking, dining out, watching movies, hiking, meditating, singing, interior decorating, visiting museums, relaxing on the beach, and traveling.
