Jesse Ramos

For the last 11 years, Jesse has been an influential force in real estate creating positive social change by connecting people to the spaces that improve the quality of their life. He specializes in servicing investors, developers, buyers, and sellers of value-add projects throughout California & New York including single-family homes, condo's, spec homes, multi-family investments, commercial investments, and new developments. His ability to connect with people and keep his finger on the pulse of local communities has led to an understanding of emerging markets and how to financially capitalize on upward trends. Jesse’s 12+ years of management experience, including managing a real estate brokerage for 5 years, allowed him to learn at a very accelerated rate and to always be solutions-oriented and think outside the box. Jesse’s obsession with uncovering the highest and best use for a proposed purchase/investment/development leads him to continuously educate himself with local and statewide ordinances to ensure he manages downside risk, presents all possible options, and provides dividends to his clients. Since beginning his real estate tenure in 2013, Jesse has served on the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors Board, co-managed the Northeast LA Real Estate Collective, and hosted real estate Meetups/Workshops that have educated and empowered the real estate community.
