Matheo J. Pisciotta

With a unique breadth of experience that includes both entrepreneurship and hospitality, Matheo Pisciotta brings a wealth of insight and valuable perspective to Brown Harris Stevens. A Brooklyn local of over 25 years, he retains a vast knowledge of the dynamic borough, particularly the Park Slope and Bay Ridge areas. Matheo is a seasoned entrepreneur who previously owned the popular Dizzy’s restaurants in Park Slope, along with Dizzy’s Kitchen, a catering service. As the owner and operator, he honed his marketing, networking, negotiation and operational expertise, all of which now work to the benefit of his real estate clients. His experience also provided him with a genuine love of working with people and building customer and community relationships. Matheo is always happy to lend an ear and thoughtfully assess priorities for clients, regardless of circumstance. An accomplished chef and musician, Matheo is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and enjoys cooking for his wife and son, along with playing the drums in his free time.
