After spending over a decade in investment banking, Kathy Chang turned her passion for the NYC real estate market into a reality. Kathy is a native New Yorker and has high energy, enthusiasm, and works diligently catering to each of her clients’ individual needs. Kathy holds a B.S. degree in International Management. She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and conversational Spanish. Kathy grew up in Queens and resides in the Upper East Side with her family. She is a homeowner and an investor of New York real estate. Kathy’s has done extensive home renovations and has full understanding of the Manhattan building board processes. She would love nothing more than to help clients find properties and provide insights for one of the most important investments of their lives.
