He currently serves as the Director of Dashti Realty and is the Co-Founder & CEO of WorkVille, a boutique flex office space and event venue located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.

D.J. began his career on Wall Street as a stockbroker, eventually transitioning into real estate where he developed a reputation for his market insight, strategic thinking, and hands-on client service. His expertise as an owner, broker, and investor allows him to offer a 360° perspective on real estate transactions, from deal structuring to long-term value creation.

At WorkVille, D.J. leads sales, strategic planning, and custom office buildouts, working closely with companies to create tailored workspace solutions that align with their brand and business goals.
