Nancy Marshak

Nancy Marshak was born in New York and has lived for the past 30 years in a Carnegie Hill Cooperative. She has been selling real estate since 1984, and is an Associate Broker and Director with Brown Harris Stevens.

Nancy has successfully sold both apartments and townhouses in a wide range of sizes and prices. Her ability to listen and qualify customers enables her to match buyers and sellers; her attention to detail ensures that the board papers are meticulous and makers her transactions go smoothly for both the seller and buyer. Her insight and persistence makes her a creative negotiator. These qualities have contributed to the high number of referrals she receives, as well as the large number of repeat customers who often become personal friends.

Ms. Marshak became interested in real estate as a career as a result of buying and selling land in the Hamptons for her own account. Before entering the real estate field, Nancy was an account executive selling radio time for a top radio station in New York. She called on advertising agencies, as well as corporations, and was one of the top sales people at the station.

Ms. Marshak is an avid ballet, theater and filmgoer who has traveled extensively around the world. Her passions include antiquing, studying French and playing with her cat. She also co-authored a Paris shopping guide.
