John had worked in the finance industry where he has developed a keen understanding of finance and investment. Leveraging his intuition in finance and seeing the investment potentials in NY’s real estate market after the 2008 market crisis, John started his career in real estate as an investor in Manhattan and Queens. He later expanded his real estate involvement to commercial transactions and property management. Shortly into his real estate career, John was invited to join exclusive sales teams that successfully marketed and sold luxury residential condominiums and townhouse complexes within New York City. Around the same time, John was engaged by a real estate development firm and invited him to manage and oversee their international development projects as the Managing Director, heading up their North America region. Not long after, John extended his real estate expertise into Long Island, where he was managing Daniel Gale Sotheby International Realty’s Asia Desk. Now John leads a team of experienced individuals that help their client with all real estate related matter in New York. John has established himself as an outstanding real estate professional with a reputation of being diligent, resourceful and approachable.
