Fran is a Brooklyn-born New Yorker with a passion for introducing new clients to her beloved city’s close-knit communities and high-energy lifestyle - from its diverse cultural arts landscape to its foodie-loving street fairs. With her extensive NYC knowledge and having raised her own family in Battery Park, Fran has a keen eye for pairing clients with their perfect home in their dream neighborhood. She is a career entrepreneur, having launched and run multiple companies with global clients. She brings her same goal-oriented drive, attention to detail, and integrity to the home-buying process. Fran lives on the UWS, is licensed in both Florida and NYC, and speaks Italian. She enjoys running marathons, spending time with her grown kids, traveling with her husband, and walking their dog, Coco, in the many parks of NYC.
