Joy Wang

Joy Wang is a team member in the office of Senior Global Real Estate Advisor, Kaptan Unugur, one of the top producing brokers at Sotheby’s International Realty in New York City who has successfully completed sales totaling over $500,000,000. 

Joy is from Pittsburgh and comes to New York City by way of Detroit. She holds an Architecture degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her prior professional experiences include architecture, community development, and start ups. While these experiences instilled in her a passion for design and real estate, it's her ability to put people at ease and effortlessly adapt that has her clients coming back to her.

Joy is fluent in English and Mandarin, and has working proficiency in Spanish. She is adept at communicating with a diverse range of clients, ensuring that each transaction is seamless and transparent. Her polyglot abilities open doors to a global clientele, further expanding her reach and attracting business to the gateway of investment that is the New York City real estate market.
