Joshua Hernandez

Joshua was born and raised in NYC. Coming from a single-parent household and having humble beginnings, fueled a fire and ambition to strive for more. That ambition led him to a life in NYC real estate and 9 years later he hasn’t looked back. He has modeled his business approach around relationship building, which you can see with his co-founder of Pinpointe, Rachel. She was a one-time client, that grew into a friendship, and now the two are business partners. This approach to business along with his life experience of living in NYC makes finding an apartment with Josh unique and enjoyable.
