Harry Maidman

Harry Maidman is the Chief Operating Officer of Townhouse Management Company and a principal broker at the Maidman Realty Group. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Fordham University School of Law. Harry has a background in finance as he was previously an Associate at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP and has extensive experience as a real estate attorney at the law firm of Maidman and Mittelman LLP. He successfully supervised the renovation and re-rental of 126 apartments at The Aurora, a luxury apartment building located at 556 3rd Avenue. Over the course of his career, Harry has rented over 200 apartments in Manhattan and co-brokered the sale and purchase of several commercial and residential properties across New York.
