My name is Arun Lam Govada, Team Lead of The Silk Bridge Team and full-time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (licensed as Arun Govada) with eXp Realty, serving New York and New Jersey. We're called The Silk Bridge Team because the word S.I.L.K. stands for Service, Integrity, Logic, and Kindness — values that guide and drive us on a daily basis. We speak English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and Telugu and we specialize in residential sales, multi-family investment properties, and commercial real estate transactions.

Having closed over $5M in 2024 — our first year, then more than doubling that with over $11M in 2025, and currently at over $6M in closed sales and another $4M in contract during the first half of 2026, our momentum continues to grow.

A little about me, Arun: I was born in the US to Indian parents, I grew up in Hong Kong and now call New York City home. I graduated from Hong Kong International School, earned a Bachelor's in Business from Boston University, and a Master's in Real Estate from New York University. I also hold a Certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU and have lived and worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hyderabad, San Francisco, Boston, and New York across the Real Estate Development, Hospitality and Technology industries. Because of this unique experience, I consider myself a true global citizen with diverse perspective, which helps me understand a broad range of client needs.
