After 16 years working for a Wall Street brokerage firm, making the move to real estate was a rewarding challenge for Cheryl Nicholas. While this may seem like quite a leap, Cheryl found her well-developed skills as a business/relationship management professional an enormous asset in assisting her clients. She possesses the art of listening carefully, thoroughly understanding their objectives, evaluating the market, and negotiating to ultimately find a perfect match.

Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Cheryl gained her real estate experience working exclusively for a residential property owner in Manhattan. She has the patience and tenacity required to navigate the New York City real estate market and delights in guiding her customers through the process.

As a longtime resident of Manhattan, Cheryl's love for New York City shows. She attended NYU for her Bachelor’s Degree and Baruch College business school for her graduate degree. She enjoys all that New York has to offer: its museums, opera, theatre, sports events, retail shops, and fine dining.

Cheryl's extensive business experience plus her financial, analytical, and organizational management skills will enable her to research, market, and negotiate the purchase/sale or rental of properties with relative ease.
