Katherine P. Marshall

With over 30 years experience in the Manhattan residential real estate market, Katherine Marshall offers an abundant knowledge of properties, transaction histories and changing markets to both buyers and sellers. Her clientele includes individuals, corporations, celebrities as well as investors. A large percentage of her business is based on referrals. 

Katherine's architectural training enables her to offer a 'unique eye', descriptive language and the understanding of spatial dynamics so often needed to best represent a seller's property. Experienced in preparing apartments for market using cutting-edge technology and new marketing vehicles, Katherine is also knowledgeable of building policies and procedures having served on various Boards and as shown in her record of sales.

Born and raised in Locust Valley, NY and the mother of twin boys, Ms. Marshall attended the Boston Architectural Center and earned her B.F.A from the Parsons School of Design. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
