Eva (Yuk) Lam

Eva has been a real estate investor and tech professional in NYC for 15+ years. Eva was the VP of Product for a couple of real estate tech platforms and she expressed her passion for Real Estate working at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology.

Prior to getting her license, Eva has been buying and selling for herself, her family and friends for the past 15 years in NYC and Hong Kong, from coop, condo, to 1-4 families. Eva enjoys helping them build wealth, and she would connect them with her lenders, attorneys and general contractors. 

Eva has an MBA focused in Strategy, Finance & Marketing from NYU Stern. She speaks multiple languages including English, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Cantonese.
