Bradley Heimowitz

Bradley Heimowitz was born and raised on the Upper East Side and has an extensive knowledge of the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. While a native of NYC, he has also lived and is an expert in some of the most prominent real estate markets in the country including the Hamptons, South Florida and Los Angeles.

Bradley’s real estate clients benefit from his careful attention to detail - from the analytical considerations of each property to a thorough understanding of each client’s objectives, personal preferences, and connections to their home. Bradley understands that for many, their home is their single largest investment. A sports enthusiast, Bradley previously worked for the NFL, the front office of the Philadelphia Eagles and Creative Artists Agency. Along the way he also pursued an entrepreneurial venture, founding FANview Sports, an interactive fantasy sports alternative. Through these work experiences he has built and maintained strong relationships with athletes and entertainment industry professionals, often bonding over their common interests in finding an ideal residential property.

Outside of real estate, Bradley enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, fitness, skiing, tennis and golf. His deep knowledge of NYC culture is also unparalleled. Clients find tremendous value in his ability to provide restaurant and food recommendations around the city. Bradley is a volunteer with ARF (Animal Rescue Fund) in East Hampton, NY.

Bradley is a licensed real estate agent in California and New York. He earned a B.A. from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
