Claudia Sonnek Levy

Jay and Claudia Levy are highly regarded real estate professionals with over four decades of experience in the Miami and New York City markets.

With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute, Jay has a unique perspective on the value of properties and opportunities in the market. He has built his business on representing both buyers and sellers, and together with his wife Claudia Sonnek Levy, they have successfully closed millions of dollars of sales across single-family homes, condominiums, multi-family and commercial properties.

With experience in lofts, warehouses, and large living spaces, Jay and Claudia welcome the opportunity to provide a “wow” factor to varied properties and they have earned a roster of clients and colleagues in both the development and art world.

As a principal in a real estate design, development, and sales firm in New York City for two decades, Jay pioneered the proliferation of “Loft Living” in neighborhoods such as Tribeca, Soho, Noho, Chelsea, and the Flatiron District. In Miami, as a Broker Associate, and over 20 years with Coldwell Banker, he and Claudia have been active in the renaissance of Miami and Miami Beach, including the neighborhoods of South Beach, Wynwood, Little Haiti, Little River, and the Biscayne and 7th Avenue Corridors.

Originally from Berlin, Germany, Claudia was raised in Düsseldorf and studied Stage and Costume Design, as well as Ceramics. In addition to her real estate endeavors, Claudia is also an accomplished artist with a studio in Miami Beach and has recently affiliated with the Ceramic Studio at Powerhouse Arts. Claudia’s diverse background and creative approach to real estate make her a unique and well-rounded professional, ready to serve clients in both Miami and New York markets.
