She oversees all aspects of operations, marketing, and client service, ensuring efficiency, precision, and an exceptional experience for every client.

Juliette built her strong operational foundation early in her career, managing a team of over 250 employees across five business units on the frontlines of New York City’s COVID-19 nonprofit initiative. The experience sharpened her leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, which continue to define her work today.

Returning to her roots in real estate, Juliette transitioned into the industry and has since led operations for high-performing teams at Keller Williams and Douglas Elliman before joining Krista Nickols at SERHANT.. Her reputation for streamlining systems, driving innovation, and maximizing profitability has made her an invaluable asset to both her team and clients.

Originally from New Hampshire and the suburbs of Washington, D.C., Juliette is an avid traveler, runner, and scuba diver who loves discovering the world’s best diving destinations.
