Armen Azarnia has been marketing and selling real estate for over 15 years. As a seasoned Broker Realtor®, he combines his diverse cultural background, market knowledge, and analytical skills to deliver a consumer-centric approach to selling real estate.

Armen is multilingual and uses his diverse cultural and linguistic skills to establish a relationship based on trust by communicating across cultural spectrums while understanding his client’s needs. His consumer-oriented approach enables him to identify and explain real estate opportunities as well as the economic realities of the market, including the effect of interest rates on pricing, and the supply, and demand paradigm of the housing market. He balances this knowledge while always taking into consideration his individual client’s personal and financial needs.

Armen is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University. Armen maintains constant communication with all parties to make sure that every transaction is seamless. He has an innate ability to anticipate challenges that may arise, ensuring smooth sailing during every part of the transaction.
