Sean Ostroy

Born and raised in New York City, Sean Ostroy brings a deep, intuitive understanding of the city’s various neighborhoods and real estate landscape. With a background in residential development, he's successfully managed and flipped properties in both Florida and Connecticut and has overseen short- and long-term rental operations.

Prior to entering real estate full-time, Sean worked in video analytics for the Washington Capitals and New York Islanders—positions that required a precise, disciplined, and strategic mindset that now informs his approach to real estate.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from American University and a master’s in Sports Analytics from Georgetown University.

Sean is known for his professionalism, discretion, and calm, results-driven approach. He lives on the Upper West Side with his wife, Nina, and their dog, Pinto. A lifelong hockey player and devoted Rangers fan, he also enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.

He represents buyers, sellers, and investors across New York City.
