Itaru Uesugi is the General Manager of STARTS New York Realty, LLC, part of the STARTS Group—one of Japan’s largest real estate companies with over 10,000 employees across 93 group companies. As the youngest president among all STARTS Group leaders worldwide, he oversees the New York operations, delivering both global expertise and the hallmark Japanese standard of service.
