There is no way to understate the profound impact made in our lives by the spaces we occupy. Our home, our office, the restaurants where we celebrate our sweetest victories, the places where we vacation to appreciate the fruits of our greatest efforts -- each was forged in a Real Estate transaction. Every decision we make and every dollar we spend is driven by the effects of the Real Estate surrounding it. That is why I chose to pursue a career in Real Estate -- to act as a boon to people making their most important decisions.

Michael grew up in Palm Beach, FL. He would often take trips to NYC as a child, and always dreamed of a life in New York City. At long last, in 2016, he moved. He began his Real Estate career that year when he joined a hospitality-focused leasing team based in Manhattan's East Village. The neighborhood had won a reputation of being ground zero for avant-garde culinary artistry, as well as late-late-night bars and much else commonly associated with counter-culture.

A combination of lower retail rents along with risk-seeking landlords (read: those willing to give leases to entrepreneurs with complicated histories) made the East Village a perfect incubator for the city's up-and-comers. It was in this competitive and downright chaotic environment where Michael cut his teeth, learning how to take care of his clients against often outlandish circumstances.

As he was exposed to more aspects of the industry, Michael deepened his passion. Today, he enjoys helping people through their residential decisions in addition to his commercial work.

When he isn't working, you can find Michael at any one of NYC's great izakayas (usually Juraku!), sweating it out at Sichuan restaurants, or watching the sunset upon Manhattan's skyline from his dearly beloved Astoria Park.
