Preeti Chawla

Originally from India, Preeti spent her childhood in Europe before relocating to New York City to pursue a career in film and television. Preeti has lived and worked on three continents, gaining experience in some of the world’s most competitive real estate markets. 

Over the years, she has lived in various neighborhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey. Her vast knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods and surrounding areas has given her a deep appreciation for the city's arts scene, nightlife, and diverse culture. 

Before entering real estate, Preeti had a successful career in film and TV production in New York, London, and Mumbai. She has also written about film for The Village Voice, Interview, and The New York Times. Her venture into fashion included creating a line of luxury women’s accessories sold at Barney’s, Saks, Harrods, and Joyce HK, as well as designing collections for Coach and Estée Lauder. These experiences honed her ability to create beauty, appeal, and value within any price range.

Since moving into real estate almost 15 years ago, she has specialized in residential sales and leasing, focusing on investors and first-time homebuyers. Her expertise in buying and selling properties across established and up-and-coming neighborhoods allows her to offer valuable insights into both sides of the Hudson.

Licensed in real estate sales in both New York and New Jersey, she expertly guides clients through the entire real estate process, from offer and acceptance to negotiation and closing. She connects clients with a network of lenders, attorneys, contractors, and moving companies to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Preeti’s keen aesthetic sense, perseverance, and financial savvy have helped her create wealth for first-time homebuyers, sellers, and investors across a diverse range of properties and neighborhoods.
