Jonathan Prandy

Born in New York, based in Brooklyn, and bilingual in English and Spanish, I work with buyers and sellers across Brooklyn and Manhattan. With over four years in real estate, licensed in New York State and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), I earned my Certificate in Residential Property Management from NYU School of Professional Studies in 2022 before joining The Bartolucci Team at Douglas Elliman in April 2026 — one of the firm's most established teams with multi-borough credibility.

Alongside my real estate practice, I am a member of the Victorian Society in America and a graduate of its summer schools in Newport, London, and Chicago — immersive training in 19th-century architecture and urban housing. That background shapes how I read a property: not just square footage and comparables, but the craftsmanship, proportions, and historical context that drive long-term value in Brooklyn's brownstones, Manhattan's pre-war apartments, and the townhouses in between.
