Exquisite features take center-stage in the kitchen with honed Estremoz marble countertops and backsplash, and a fully integrated appliance package by Wolf and Sub-Zero. A statement Calacatta Vagli marble island with a cast iron white undermount sink serves as a base for the sculptural Dornbracht chrome faucet. The backdrop of custom-made, paneled cabinetry by Workstead, reflects the deco coving and generous baseboards that extend out toward the dramatic windows with Prospect Park views.
The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are separated by an open partition with curved arch details. Through the arch, the great room is filled with pre-war inspired features including custom-designed trim, and wall moldings. Adjacent to the living room, the wet bar features a custom-paneled undercounter Sub-Zero wine refrigerator.
Bedroom 3 features an en-suite bathroom finished with a Calacatta Nero marble top vanity with Waterworks fixtures in chrome, honed gray limestone mosaic floors, and a tub surrounded by white ceramic tile walls.
