The developers collaborated with local artist Mark Gibian who had lived in the neighborhood since the 1960s and famed architects Stephen Alton and FX Fowel to create a new development that was both new and provocative, yet paid HOMAGE to the the character of the neighborhood with local artists who called this neighborhood their home. A feat that has yet to be repeated by any building in the area, which is why it remains one of the best selling buildings in Williamsburg and Brooklyn.
