The program allows you to make income while you are not occupying the unit. You receive a detailed statement every quarter showing the number of nights your unit was rented, the rate at which the unit was rented, and the breakdown of fees deducted from the nightly rental income.

The Dominick is located in Soho and close to fine restaurants, shops, art galleries and public transportation.
