There are two over-sized windows that face west on Washington Street.

The spa-like windowed bathroom was completely renovated. There is a glass enclosed walk-in shower with dual shower heads – rain and handheld -and state-of-the-art temperature controls. The blue and white bathroom tiles were handmade in Morocco. A hand-painted ceramic wash bowl sits atop a wooden vanity. An additional storage cabinet provides space for towels and other personal items.

Chalkboard paint in the foyer hallway is inspirational for doodlers and useful for reminders. There is storage space above the foyer/entrance to the apartment.

It would be hard to find a better West Village location. Steps to the Highline Park, Hudson River Park and the Whitney Museum. This vibrant neighborhood boasts fine and casual dining, great shopping and vintage Manhattan charm.
