The queen bed is made of bamboo and its simple construction is based on traditional Japanese woodworking techniques. It is flanked by two mid-century inspired nightstands with undulating front surfaces on the two spacious drawers.

The historic half Olympic size pool, which served as the home for swimming competitions as well as entertaining the original Tarzan offers 5 wide lanes, with a variety of fitness and aquatic equipment. Flanking the pool you’ll find separate men’s and women’s changing rooms and lockers, each with a steam room, sauna, and showers. Like apartment 12-I, nothing was overlooked when the amenities were created. Our 3000’ gym offers several treadmills, bikes (including two Peleton), Stair climbers, professional quality lifting equipment, and the standard fitness aparatus. While access to the Pool, steam rooms and Sauna is free, the gym requires a $40 monthly fee.

Residents can relax on lounge chairs, or dine at large tables, or high-tops. For added comfort, a shower is available on the deck, ensuring you can cool off while taking in the scenery.
The Application Fee is $500, Background Check – $125, If required a criminal Check – $75. The Move-in Fee of $250 and Deposit of $500 can be waived since it’s already furnished for you. The third party applicaton system charges $125.
