The Aviary Apartments is the name of this amazing building which is located at 41 Kosciuszko Street in Brooklyn New York.

When i first saw this building i thought i’m in dream land the amazing lounge that awaits you when you come in with a library and sports tables couches and that small mezzanine great for a date or what

Then i went in to the screening room wow, like a small theater witch you can book for your self and bring over some friends after i saw this gym room and yoga corner it just made me want to rent that apartment for my self

then i went up too the roof where theres that amazing view of the whole brooklyn area and the good part is theres some space where you can plant your own vegetables and enjoy a walk on some fresh grass……..

next i went in to the apartment its self where the person that currently lives there is making some good use out of it there’s lots of closet space and living space and huge kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave there’s an option of a mezzanine for the same price which can make it in to 3 br

and there’s an option for parking with an additional charge
