Two short term “drop-off” parking spots are an added convenience on the back side of the building. Residents enjoy use of a new workout athletic facility, outdoor barbeque grills, and there is a bike rack. No smokers and No Pets allowed. Utilities are an additional fee (Electric & Internet).
