My husband and I are moving out of our Murray Hill one bedroom apartment on July 1st.

The building is on the corner of 34th and 3rd avenue. Its a great location with a number of grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The building offers the security of a 24-hour doorman and the convenience of valet service and an attended garage. Its a 3 min walk to the 6-train 33rd street subway stop.

The apartment is about 700 sq ft, fully furnished, sunny and clean. The living room is huge with a separate dining space.

We are looking for someone to take over our lease from July 1st. The lease ends on November 1st. You can extend the lease by directly negotiating with the management company.
