Windsor Tower is a full service elevator building with a 24/7 front desk, a secure package room, a shared laundry with a river view, a state of the art gym (for an additional fee) and a convenience store right in the lobby. Your heat, hot water AND electricity are included!

The co-op does not permit smoking in or around the building.

The co-op prohibits renters from having pets, though service animals are accepted.
