- available January 1st, 2015 (as early as 12/24/2014) to August 8th 2015. Move-in date flexible but need to rent till August for the remainder of our lease. Option to renew with management after this date.
- $2650/month. Utilities NOT included, but are generally $50-70 a month (Depends on how scared of the cold or how sweaty you get.)
- Unfurnished or option for half-furnished. We can have it all clean & empty for you OR help you organize the necessary furniture.
- We’ll waive the amenity fee that we paid $500/pp for!

- Luxury warehouse-style building, with an awesome gym facing the Manhattan skyline, rooftop access with BBQ & views of the city + Brooklyn, 24 hour doorman, on-site management & maintenance, indoor & outdoor common area for parties & gatherings (also great as a study area & watching TV with larger groups). Not sure what else you would want!
- has comfortably fit 2 ppl for cohabitation for 2+ years (and if someone needs some space, there’s room in the wardrobe – or going outside is an option)
